Big News :)

Dear Community,

How are you? I’m feeling happy/nervous/excited/all the feels to share some news with you about the next chapter in my life.

Last summer, I began offering 1:1 soundbaths and since then I’ve been on the search for a place, a cocoon of my own in which to do this sacred work. I’ve rented spaces for the day from some lovely people, but it hasn’t been ideal for me to lug my instruments all over or to not have a dedicated space for my clients to return to. I’m also really passionate about being able to curate my workspace in a way that aligns with my vision, sets the mood for the experience, and allows me to cultivate my imprint–something that hasn’t really been possible when renting spaces only for a day at a time. It’s been challenging to find a place that truly aligns with my needs.

I'm happy to share that after months of somewhat-patiently longing for my own soundbath studio, today marks the first day of my new lease. For the next two months, I’ll be the practitioner in residence at Alternative Thinking, a shop well-known among the natural food, crystals and curios, energy healing, eco-conscious fashion crowd; in order words, the kind of folks who might be really happy about a soundbath facilitator moving in. This is such a great space for me to do my work, and in a future post I will share the serendipitous story of how this opportunity came about.

My cousin Marky is with me at the space today, meticulously painting the walls, and the vision is coming to life (getting your walls painted by a pro–especially one with great energy–is, wow, such a worthy investment. Contact me if you need Marky’s services!). And, as I write this, my first booking at the new space has come in :) We’re off to a beautiful start!

I am overjoyed and a bit anxious (something I'll also speak to in a future post) about this new chapter and I truly thank you for being part of my journey. I ask that you kindly send prayers and intention in my direction, for divine guidance, support, abundance, and refuelling as I do this sacred work to support folks on their wellness journeys.
